Prosze sie nie smiac. Ja kolorow, tak w zasadzie, nie dobieralam. Dziecie (3.5 lat) zobaczylo sweterek w katalogu i uparlo sie, ze musze go zrobic. No nic, moglo byc gorzej. Zycze dobrego dnia/wieczoru.
Please don't laugh. I did not choose these colours. Really. My DD (3.5 yrs old) saw the sweater in a Mary Maxim catalogue and 'decided' that I HAVE to make it for her. Unfortunately, the pattern only comes in a kit with predetermined yarn colours. I DID offer to substitute the green yarn with white, but DD wanted it exactly as it is in the photo (see here). Oh well, it could have been much worse. She likes it, so I don't complain. Much. What I am impressed with, however, is Mary Maxim's customer service, and the VERY generous amount of yarn included in the kit. Usually, I find that (wrpt kits), one either runs out of yarn just before finishing a project, or there is just enough, with not much to spare. This time, however, I have almost 3 skeins left over! 2 of the main colour, and about 3/4 of the blue one. I made this sweater in size 6, so it should last my DD for a while. Thank you for visiting my blog and for the nice comments re. last post. Have a wonderful day/evening.
